Terms of Use

Last updated 9 October 2026

NovaPier is a token launchpad, provided for entertainment only. By accessing or using NovaPier you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use NovaPier.

  • Not an investment; not advice. NovaPier is not an investment platform and makes no promise of financial returns. Nothing on NovaPier is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Tokens launched here are meme tokens with no intrinsic value, no issuer promises and no rights attached.
  • Crypto is extremely risky. Digital assets — including any token launched on NovaPier — are highly speculative and volatile and can lose all of their value. Be prepared to lose the entire amount you spend. You accept every risk of using a blockchain, including smart-contract bugs, bridge and messaging failures, network outages, front-running and price volatility.
  • Permissionless; no endorsement. Anyone can create a token on NovaPier. A token's presence here is not an endorsement, recommendation or vetting by NovaPier. We don't create, back or guarantee any token; creators, referrers and their communities are independent of NovaPier.
  • On-chain, irreversible and non-custodial. Everything that moves value runs in public smart contracts on each token's home chain and any supported bridge destination (Robinhood Chain, BNB Smart Chain, Arc and Base). Transactions are final. NovaPier never holds your funds, tokens or keys and cannot reverse, refund or recover a transaction for you. The website is an interface to those contracts; the contracts work without it.
  • How a launch works (bidding). A launch creates a timed auction ("bidding") with a raise target on its home chain. Bidding opens immediately or at a scheduled start allowed by that chain. The start is fixed at creation and cannot be cancelled or rescheduled. Bids are placed in that chain's currency (ETH on Robinhood Chain, BNB on BNB Smart Chain, USDC on Arc and ETH on Base). By default 50% of the token supply is offered in the auction and 50% is held for the pool; each launch shows its own split. If the target is met when the window closes, someone sends graduation: the raise after the launch's success fee and the pool share fund a Topaz pool at the auction's final clearing price, whose liquidity position is locked permanently — nobody, including NovaPier and the creator, can withdraw it. Unsold auction tokens and unpaired pool-share tokens are burned, reducing total supply. Tokens become claimable a short delay after the window closes (about 5 minutes by default); unspent bid amounts can be refunded from the close. If the target is not met, no pool is created, the token shares are burned and every bidder can claim their bid back minus that launch's upfront bid fee. Bids are subject to the auction's clearing rules; a bid placed below the final clearing price is refundable, not filled.
  • Fees. Launching costs a fixed launch fee in the home chain's currency (for example 0.0003 ETH on Robinhood Chain) plus network gas; read the exact live fee before sending. By default, a 0.25% bid fee is taken upfront and kept whether or not the launch graduates. The default total success fee is 1% of gross filled bids, including the bid fee already taken. The graduation sweep is allocated to the referrer and NovaPier under the launch's frozen terms; the creator receives none of it. On Arc, distributing the swept fees requires a separate transaction. Trading in the Topaz pool pays its live fee (1% by default, set by Topaz). Collected quote-token fees are split 50% to the Creator Pass holder, 30% back into the locked pool and 20% to NovaPier. Collected launch-token fees pair into locked liquidity; leftover booked token fees burn only after a successful add. A skipped add carries them for a later attempt. NovaPier's fee parameters are visible on-chain and may change for future launches; a launch keeps the NovaPier terms it started with. The Topaz pool fee is set by Topaz and can change at any time.
  • Creator rewards and the Creator Pass. The creator's share of trading fees is paid in the pool's quote token (WETH on Robinhood Chain, WBNB on BNB Smart Chain, USDC on Arc and WETH on Base) and is claimable by whoever holds the launch's Creator Pass, which is minted to the launching wallet when the launch graduates. Transferring, losing or sending that NFT to a wrong address transfers or loses the right to those fees. NovaPier cannot recover it.
  • Bridging to other chains. After graduation, anyone can open bridging for a token to another supported chain, and holders can then move tokens between that chain and the token's home chain. NovaPier opens and funds no markets on other chains. Bridging uses LayerZero messaging. Delivery times, fees and availability depend on LayerZero and its verifiers, which NovaPier does not operate. Tokens sent to a wrong address or chain are not recoverable.
  • Referrals. A creator may attach a referral code at launch. By default the referrer named on-chain receives 0.75% of gross filled bids when that launch graduates; its frozen terms determine the actual amount. A calculated estimate is not a confirmed payout. Referrers are responsible for disclosing that they earn from launches they promote and for complying with advertising and securities laws where they operate. NovaPier may list, delist or refuse any referrer on the website at its discretion; delisting does not change what the contracts pay.
  • Rewards. Rewards depend on trading and successful launches. They are not guaranteed.
  • Eligibility. You confirm you are 18 or older (or the age of majority where you live), that using NovaPier is legal for you, that you are not located in or a resident of any jurisdiction subject to comprehensive sanctions, and that you are not on any sanctions or prohibited-persons list. You are responsible for all applicable laws, including tax.
  • Acceptable use. Keep NovaPier fun and legal. You may not create, upload or promote:
    • Illegal content of any kind.
    • Child sexual abuse material — reported to authorities, always.
    • Credible threats, harassment or doxxing.
    • Copyright or trademark infringement, including tokens that impersonate real companies, people or projects.
    • Sexually explicit or graphically violent imagery.
    • Spam, scams or market manipulation.
    Uploaded images, names, descriptions and links are checked by automated moderation before a launch and may be refused. We may remove or hide tokens, content and referrers from the NovaPier interface, ban users and cooperate with law enforcement, at our discretion. Hiding a token from the interface does not delete it on-chain — the contracts remain on the blockchain beyond our control.
  • Your content. You are responsible for anything you submit (images, names, descriptions, links, referrer profiles) and confirm you have the right to use it. You grant NovaPier a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to display it within the platform and in previews of it. Token details are public. The authorized creator can update the image, description and social links once every 24 hours, subject to moderation. The on-chain token name and ticker cannot be changed.
  • Copyright complaints (DMCA). If you believe content shown on NovaPier (a token image, name, description or link) infringes your copyright, send a notice to our designated agent listed in the U.S. Copyright Office's DMCA Designated Agent Directory (dmca.copyright.gov). Include:
    • your physical or electronic signature;
    • the copyrighted work you say is infringed;
    • the material you say infringes it, with enough detail to find it (the token address or page link);
    • your name, address, phone number and email;
    • a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent or the law;
    • a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.
    On a valid notice we remove or hide the material from the NovaPier interface and tell the creator. A creator who believes the removal was a mistake may send a counter-notice with the details required by 17 U.S.C. 512(g); we may then restore the material after 10 business days unless the complainant tells us they have filed a court action. We remove repeat infringers. Removing material from the interface does not delete anything on-chain: token contracts and their names stay on the blockchain, beyond our control.
  • Third parties. NovaPier builds on Topaz, Uniswap's continuous clearing auction, LayerZero, Chainlink and the Robinhood Chain, BNB Smart Chain, Arc and Base networks, and links to external explorers, exchanges and charts. NovaPier is not affiliated with, endorsed by or responsible for any of them, including Robinhood Markets or Robinhood Chain.
  • No warranties. NovaPier is provided "as is" and "as available" with no warranties of any kind, express or implied. The contracts have been reviewed but not formally audited; we don't guarantee the platform or the contracts will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure.
  • Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, NovaPier and its operators are not liable for any losses, damages or claims — including lost funds, tokens or profits — arising from your use of the platform, the contracts or any token.
  • Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NovaPier and its operators from any claims or damages arising out of your use of the platform, your content, your promotion of any launch, or your violation of these Terms or any law.
  • Changes. We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the NovaPier website, and update these Terms, at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. Deployed contracts and existing launches are not changed by an update to these Terms.

By using NovaPier you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms. See also the Privacy notice and How it works.
